In Loving Memory of Geralyn (Geri) Bagnall
September 13, 1958 – January 31, 2025
Geralyn (Geri) Bagnall passed away peacefully at Peppi’s House Hospice Center, Tucson, AZ on January 31, 2025.
She was born to John and Helen Bagnall in Tucson, AZ who have preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by her devoted husband Roger Brookins, brother John Bagnall Jr., and sister Therese Bagnall – Gross.
Geri leaves behind brother Michael (Mike) Bagnall, sister Kathleen (Kathy) Bagnall, and niece Aurelia Byrne. Heart felt thanks to the Aplas Family, John and Mary Taska, family members Colleen Bagnall – Perra, Susan Jackson, Annie Gieseking, and Kathy Mathieu who loved and cared for Geri throughout the years and in the months preceding her death.
Geri was a very interesting person who found joy in conversations with others, good food, shopping, and college sports. Her humor, warmth, and unique outlook on life made her a cherished friend to many.
She is a graduate of U of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a double major. Geri also has a degree from Pima Community College, Tucson, AZ in Logistics.
Geri spent the majority of her career life in management and as a school photographer. She lovingly recalled the school children she worked with as “the little darlings.”
In lieu of gifts or flowers please contribute to the Community Food Bank and Salvation Army to honor her.
A celebration of Geri’s life will be held in March.
