Ashawannet Nichole Moreno

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Ashawannet Nichole Moreno, affectionately know to family & friends as Ashy or Gorda, passed from this life on April 7, 2025 in Phoenix, AZ.

The details surrounding her untimely passing have not been disclosed.

Ashawannet was born in the city of Tucson on July 31, 1987 to Leticia Palomino & Hugo Zepeda.

Ashawannet’s spirit was characterized by her boundless energy, wild & free spirit was a rarity, her ability to see life  positively was incredible despite her struggles.

She was strong, her inner spirit, and bold  personality was unique. Ashawannet loved living life, joking around making those she knew and those close to her laugh.

She was loved for her vivacious, outspoken, fierce personality.  Ashawannet’s beauty was undeniably beautiful from birth to her passing.

Survived by: Mother Leticia Palomino, Step-dad Ronnie Palomino and her son Adrian Garcia, grandchildren Legend, Reign, Hero.  Ashawanet also had two daughters Breanna, Shaniel & two more sons Ramon and Macarius.  She’s survived by her siblings Crystal, Ronnie James, Michael, Isaiah, Dezirae.

She is also survived by nephews Elijah, Evan, Ronnie, Elias, Niece Violeta, Aunt Maria, Liliana. Libbi & Uncle Armando. She also had many cousins Angela, Estrella, Antonio, Armando Jr, Gabriel along with other family members.

A private Celebration of Life will be held for close friends and family in Spring of 2025.
