Rex P. Garner (63) died in his Phoenix home on July 3, 2026. He is the son of Teddy J and Irene Garner of Clovis, New Mexico.
Rex is survived by his mother, Irene Garner, brothers-Dennis Garner, Casey Garner, Thomas Garner, Sisters-Marlene Anderson, Eileen Neville, Brenda Block along with their spouses and many nieces and nephews and his very dear friend Raymond, who was always there for him.
