
Sharon Lee Weaver (née Bybee), 82, peacefully passed away on February 26, 2026. Born to Oscar and Della Bybee, Sharon was a woman of deep faith and a devoted Baptist. As a long-time resident of Indianapolis, she dedicated many years to her work at Burger King in Cherry Tree Plaza before retiring.
Sharon was known for her sharp wit and resilient spirit. In her final months, she was cared for with love by her granddaughter, Jayee Tiffany Ruiz, and Jayee’s husband, Angel Ruiz in Phoenix, AZ. The Ruiz family, provided her with a home filled with love, dignity, and comfort.
Sharon has now been reunited in heaven with her mother and father, as well as her granddaughter, Jessica A. Moody. She is survived by her granddaughter, Jayee, grandson-in-law, Angel, and her six great-grandchildren, including Richter Ruiz. She also leaves behind seven additional grandchildren and her four children, whom she cherished throughout her life.
Sharon’s 82 years have left behind a legacy of strength, unwavering faith, and a reminder of the limitless potential found in the bond of love.
